The simple and familiar hacks to get rid of overthinking * Acceptance * Accept it, that your thinking more about something. Everyone is going through this phase. Once you accept the reality, would help you to start work on this. *Deep Breathe * After accepting, start deep breathing. the deep exhaling and inhaling would help you to provide enough oxygen to your brain. It's also normalised the heart bit. *Write it down * The thoughts are feel more powerful when this are in your mind. so write them on paper. The thoughts present in our mind get clarity when we put them on paper and once they appear on paper, their influence reduces too.. *The Root Cause* Once you write on paper you will feel better. then start to find the root cause of this thoughts. once you found the root cause, you can understand why this thought emerge in your mind? This would help you to permanently get rid of this thoughts.

The Small Wins.

The small wins in life... Everyone in this world has his race. Everyone Playing their own game in their life.  But when we started working on any project, it takes a certain time for completion. And it's very important to stay on this path up to the end with the same enthusiasm. So what makes us enthusiastic on the path? The small wins... when we started working on any goal, we started from small then, divide this goal into small tasks and start completing those tasks. With every task we got a small win, we should celebrate this small win to get motivated for the next task of the journey.
