The simple and familiar hacks to get rid of overthinking * Acceptance * Accept it, that your thinking more about something. Everyone is going through this phase. Once you accept the reality, would help you to start work on this. *Deep Breathe * After accepting, start deep breathing. the deep exhaling and inhaling would help you to provide enough oxygen to your brain.
