The Real Distraction

The Real Distraction:
So what is distraction?

There are so many definations are there for distraction plus so many people observed there own form distraction on the basis of there experience, so in simple "the resistance which hold us from achieving our goal or increasing our time to achieve our goal, is what we can consider as distraction."
There are again so many from of distractions there, different from people to peoples. So the basis of my experiences, i come up with the defination,

"The inclination of choices towards the information which is either informative or entertaining but irrelevant to our goal in a given time is what we consider as the distraction."

Our current life is the accumulation of various small events happens in the past. Our current phase of success is the result of various small success which we accomplished in the past. So success is the result of so many factors like hard work, consistency, etc but focus is also very important of them. The distraction free hard work produces the best results. So distraction is not good for our goal.
So to overcome this factor, we need to understand this very correctly. There may be various definition of distraction but above definition is based on my own experience.

Let's understand it with the simple example, Suppose you are selected in cycling competition, you have to compete with 10 others players. So what should be your steps to prepare yourself for this competition? Work out, Practice and there are so many parts are there in the preparation so this are the important factors. But instead of doing this, if you just start watching videos on How to win the competition and do not practice.
 What will happens?
Nothings, so this is what we called distraction, may be this videos are informative but you cannot achieved anything by just watching this type of material. You need to implement this with the vital practice. So as per the definition, distraction is nothing but the, come up with the things which are are not helpful to achieve our goal in a specific time. You can watch those videos latter or earlier but before your competition you have to focus on aspects which are truly helpful to get your target done.

Thanks for reading,
So comment out your own experience of distraction and how you deal with it,

The Golden Rule of Communication: Focus on What Others Want

The Golden Rule of Communication According to the Businessman Henry Ford, Success is lies in the ability to understand other’s point of view and see things from that persons angle as well as your own” ___ As a human we always want to feel important , Let’s starts with the simple example. When the sales person shows how his product solve our problem then there is no need to sell the product to us, we buy this product, because customers like to feel that they are buying and not being sold to . So when you have to build a cooperation with peoples then always think what they want, don’t showcase what you know. This rule is also applicable in communication. Often, we see peoples get irritate when someone only keep focusses on themselves in communication and people prefer someone who always believes in two way communication, the one who listen and respond. Just like, fisherman who may love ice cream but he still has to use worm to attract fishes. If you can learn to understand o...
