The D Technique of Execution: The Proven Method of Turning Desire into Achievement.

In today’s world where there is competition everywhere, setting a small goals and getting them completed on time is very important. The world is changing rapidly and we also need to change with them. Whether you are a student or a working professional, learning new things is very important. When you are a student learning is your first responsibility whereas when you are a working professional you have to manage your learning parallel with your work, whether it's related to your current work or switching to new work. So it’s very important to learn the technique to turn your desire into achievement.

So let’s start with an example, ‘ABC’ is a working professional who is working in the same organization for so many years but not getting happiness of his work. he is working on autopilot mode means following the same rituals every day. whether he is good at his work, but suffering from a lack of work satisfaction. So one day he decided to make a change in his career he started finding other technologies or can say fields, he take a few months in brainstorming and finally he decided on one technology. So he was excited about his new journey then he started finding resources to accomplish his learning goal and finally after a few days he accumulate everything which is required to accomplish his goal. Then make a plan according to his convenience. Stick to his plan with consistent efforts and after so much hard work and patience achieve his goal.

So let’s correlate this story with our technique of execution. The name of this concept is D (Desire, Decision, Durability) Technique. So what does it mean, When the ‘ABC’ was bored by his work, he hit one desire in his head to find another technology or field for the work, then he takes the decision to find various technologies and he make a commitment regarding the decision and consistently search new technologies and select one of them. So what happens, is the change starts with desire then the desire triggers the decision, and then, the decision becomes responsible for the durability towards the goal.

So D Technique starts with desire, Desire is defined as the strong feeling of wanting something that is considered as valuable, enjoyable or satisfying. The second part is a decision, we make a decision and start executing so the next part is durability so we have to stick to the path until we got our goal achieved, durability is related to doing consistent efforts while handling ups and downs to reach towards the target.

How does it’s work?

Suppose you have a target to accomplish, the target would be anything like mastering any skill or learning any technology, or starting a business or if you are a student then getting a good score. So before starting you can have multiple thoughts in your mind, first, you have to select, what actually you want to do, which means you have to avoid distraction and select one superior idea, it involves the desired selection, There are so many criteria you can use for desire selection based on your goal. The second part is the decision after the selection of desire you have to start executing, it involves resource accumulation for achieving the goal, and actually start executing. The final part is durability towards the decision you have taken, it involves consistent efforts, and dealing with failures during your journey.

So Simply, We can Understand these 3 concepts as this

DesireDesire is defined as the strong feeling of wanting something that is considered as valuable, enjoyable or satisfying. This can be learning new technology, getting good score in school, starting a business, etc

Decision: The execution of this desire, this involves planning, resources planning, and skill building.

Durability: Consistent approach towards the goal, bouncing back from failure, and staying optimistic throughout the journey.

In conclusion, In this highly competitive scenario, we need some techniques to achieve our goal in an optimum period, so D Technique is one of them, which starts with the desire of the goal, deciding the execution of this goal, and following the durability throughout the journey to reach towards the goal. So follow this technique to achieve your goal in life, with the D technique you can create a successful life.

The Golden Rule of Communication According to the Businessman Henry Ford, Success is lies in the ability to understand other’s point of view and see things from that persons angle as well as your own” ___ As a human we always want to feel important , Let’s starts with the simple example. When the sales person shows how his product solve our problem then there is no need to sell the product to us, we buy this product, because customers like to feel that they are buying and not being sold to . So when you have to build a cooperation with peoples then always think what they want, don’t showcase what you know. This rule is also applicable in communication. Often, we see peoples get irritate when someone only keep focusses on themselves in communication and people prefer someone who always believes in two way communication, the one who listen and respond. Just like, fisherman who may love ice cream but he still has to use worm to attract fishes. If you can learn to understand o...
