Effects of Anxiety on our daily life

Anxiety is harmful for our mental as well as physical health. Anxiety affects our mental as well physical behavior. we divide this this effects in two parts
1] External effects
2] Internal effects
External effects are the effects which include physical changes which takes place due to anxiety and Internal effects includes the effects related to our mental health.

1) Feeling of Insecurity
2) Reduction in Confidence
3) Feeling of uncertainty 
4) Nervousness



1] Feeling of insecurity
Feeling of insecurity is common symptom of anxiety.The person who is anxious always feel insecure. He always feel insecure while working on his daily routine. worry about future is also the reason behind this insecurity. This feeling reduces our emotional stability. emotional stability is also related to our concentration. if w.e does not stable with emotion then it become hard to do anything with concentration. This is an important effect of anxiety on our mental health

2]  Reduction in confidence
As said, confidence is the key of success. If we perform any task with confidence , then we easily get success in this task. Confidence is also reduce due to anxiety. If once our confidence reduces then increases doubt in our abilities. And if this doubt increase our eficiancy for work decreased.

3] Feeling of uncertainty while taking decision
We know decision making is an art. confidence in our abilities is necessary to execute our decision. Uncertainty is also doubt in abilities. Uncertainty is the form of insecurity in which the person does not confident about his own decision. Uncertainty increase due to anxiety.

4] Nervousness
Nervousness is type of feeling in which the person always feel worried. Nervousness is a result of anxiety. negative thinking or negative selftalk is also responsible for nervousness. nervousness reduces our desire to work. And without desire it very hard to work. Nervousness also change our belief system to negative.

External or Physical effects of anxiety


Physical Effects

1) Heartbeat Increases
2) Hedache
3) Tension in Muscles, etc




The above are the internal or mental effects of anxiety. But with this internal effects there are some physical effects also seen due to anxiety. Following are the physical effects of anxiety.
1) heart beat increases
2) headache
3)Tension in muscle,etc
