We understand about anxiety, causes of anxiety and effects of anxiety in previous two blogposts. So our next step is how to overcome anxiety. Before starting this blogpost its necessary to understand one thing about anxiety that is, 'Anxiety is simple and very common type of feeling which is generated due some reasons and its very easy to overcome'

Acceptance

This is the prestage to overcome anxiety. Accept the fact that you are anxious because so many people hesitate to accept this. But anxiety is very common feeling like other so dont be hesitate about anxiety and follow following few steps to easily overcome Anxiety.

1] Meditation

Meditation is one of the best west way to reduce anxiety. Daily 10 to 20 minute of meditation is very helpful to overcome anxiety. Meditation helps to free our brain from unwanted thoughts. Due to meditation our concentration increase and with this increased concentration it is possible to focus on positive thought. When we installed this positive thoughts in our brain , it become easy to focus on our goal instead_of anxiety. So daily meditation at early morning is free , easy and very effrctive way to reduce anxiety.

2] Music and Visuals
Listening good music is also a good way to reduce anxiety. Soft music helps to calm our mind. There are so many type of music are easily available on internet to reduce stress. Visuals is also a good technique to reduce anxiety. When you become anxious see beautiful pictures , beautiful videos. Pictures and videos  of flowers , water, etc distract our concentration from anxiety towards positive atmosphere.

3] Proper Diet Routine
Proper diet routine is necessary for our physical as well as mental health. So it should be necessary to have a proper diet plan in order to control anxiety.

4] Water
we all know, Water is helpful for our digestion systen and water balances the body temperature. Water is also useful to reduce anxiety. So drink plenty of water to overcome anxiety.

5] Daily Walk
Daily walk is also useful to reduce stress. So with diet rotine it is necessary to make routine for daily walk. So it is also an easy way to reduce anxiety stroke, as you feel anxious start walking.

6] Happiness
Nervousness increases due to anxiety so it is necessary firstly to deal with nervousness. Happiness is also increase our work efficiency. Being happy is the best way to overcome nervousness as well as Anxiety.So try to 'be happy'.
