Three important properties are already covered from this session. in this article, we have to learn how beliefs are formed. The name of this part is Strong belief pattern. I already publish one article related belief pattern. The name of this article was Art of belief. if you read this it became easy to understand. So let's  start the session…

What is strong Belief Pattern?

Before starting this, its necessary to say about beliefs or what is strong belief pattern. Beliefs are the pre-fitted  thoughts in our mind or pre-fitted pattern in our mind which we consider as a fact or we consider this thoughts as true. with respect to this thoughts or pattern, we act in present, we take our present decision with respect to this pre-fitted thoughts. The strong belief pattern is set of strong positive beliefs which motivate you to achieve your goals. Beliefs play very important role in our daily life. Because as we act daily is totally depend upon our belief pattern. There is no need to take example related to beliefs but one very common thought we listen from childhood days is, as you think so you become. Means if you think you are clever then you behave like a clever. This is a familiar  example related to belief pattern.

How beliefs are formed

There are so many reasons behind, how these beliefs are fitted in our mind, may be this will be our past experiences or any tough moment which happens related to us, But there are only two important factors which are responsible for the formation of beliefs. The beliefs are formed by two-way internally generated beliefs and externally generated beliefs. The internally generated beliefs include our own experienceS. Due to our own experience, we make belief with respect to this experience. The most important part related to this type is, first we make belief then we find proof for this belief. An example related to this type is, if we consider any person as selfish due to any of his action. So this belief is formed in our mind that this person is selfish. Then every time we saw him as a selfish. Means first we make belief that he is selfish then we find proof for this belief. And unfortunately, if he doing anything like selfish then this belief is permanently fitted in our mind. This is first way of formation of beliefs.
The second way of formation of beliefs is an external way. This includes the beliefs which come to us by the external way. So many people tell us so many things and if this thing fitted in our mind then its became beliefs. Our so many beliefs are formed when we were child due to our parent. The best example related to this way is, parents, tell to his child that clever student study five hours a day then this belief fitted in child's mind that clever student study five hours a day. This is an example of externally generated beliefs. The beliefs which form due to the telling of someone are called externally generated beliefs. Beliefs play very important role in our day to day life. There are two types of beliefs are generated in our mind, positive beliefs and negative beliefs. These beliefs have positive as well as negative effects. So it's our responsibility to make our beliefs as positive as possible.
