Identical behavioural pattern/ QFS-1

*Qualities for Success*

1.Identical Behavioural Pattern (Ibp)

Everyone wants success. Everyone has the dream to become successful. So many people do lot of hardwork in order to achieve success. So much hardwork is needed to achieve success in life. Its fact But Not Only hardwork is necessary to achieve success but direction for hardwork and some qualities or properties or habits are also requred for success. So Identical behavioural pattern (Ibp) Is an important quality of a  person to become successful, which is necessary to keep our external and internal behaviour same in all situations.

What is 'Identical behavioural pattern' (Ibp) ?
"Identical behavioural pattern is a same or similar behaviour of a person in all situations' may be in happiness or any other feeling. Its a similar internal or external response of a person to all situations."

In one day approximately 50,000 thoughts are rushed through our mind. Approximately Most of them are negative and some of them are positive. Thoughts have the power to change the behaviour of a person. In one day, one person was going through a lot of situations and so many feelings. There are many type of feelings but for understanding we take feeling of happiness and feeling of fear. So its hard for person to stay similar in both this feelings. Its hard but not impossible. When the person is happy his behaviour is normal and efficiency of work is high. but when the person was scared about something he had fearing behaviour. And in my opinion the efficiency of work is not same in scared condition as in happiness. So it is proved that the behaviour of General person is change with respect to situation.

So, is it possible to have same efficiancy of work in all behaviours or situations ? To Have great results in our work its necessary to have normal situation. And its hard to have proper situation everytime. Because of that our behaviour should be same may be situation is different. So its necessary to know about identical behavioural pattern. This concept teach us to keep our behaviour similar in all situation.

We know about fear. Fear make our way tough for success. Fear is the biggest obstacles in our Journey towards success. 'Fear and execution  are two things which are inversly proportional to each other'. For example, When we have an idea about something to execute and if we execute this idea then its ok but If fear will came before execution ,in that situation our self-confidence decreases , that time except execution of idea we think about what will happen if we execute this idea ( This is an example, this does not happen with all persons ). Means our behaviour change due to fear. Then there will be decrease in our efficiency  of work. So Identical behavioural pattern is very necessary to keep our work efficiency high in all situation. So its necessary to stay constant in all situation.
The best example to understand about identical behavioural pattern is tree. We all know about trees. They stand alone and constant in all situation. They temporarily change their shape due to rain , wind but after some time they came in their original shape. The trees faces wind , rain , storm but in all situation they remain same.

How identical behavioural pattern is beneficial to achieve success.

The 'Ibp' is a one type of quality of a person. And it play very important role in our day to day life. Because every person in one day is going through so many feelings or situations. This is totally related to internal motivation and much helpful for the person who want to become successful.

1. we know the importance of proper decision. When we follow identical behavioural pattern , our decision making process became strong. Because we does not change our decision due to anxiety or fear of failure or any other situation.

2. We does not get panic or hyper if we follow identical behavioural pattern. Because we always became ready to face any situation. So it become helpful to aquired new knowledge everytime.

3. When we have 'Ibp' we always  in touch with our goal. Once we set our goal then we always in touch with our goal because we have same mindset in all situation.

Limitations for Identical behavioural pattern(Ibp)
This quality is totally related to motivation perpose. Our life is filled with lot of events some of them have temporary impact and some of them have permanent or very high impact. The Ibp is applicable in events which produce temporary impact. Because its hard to stay identical in situations which are very hard to forgot. If we loose our laptop which contain our important data is situation when we got temporary impact but if we loose any important person in our life then this situation create permanent loss or long term impact. So its very tough to follow Identical behavioural pattern in situation which produce long term impact. This depend upon person to person that how he facess this situation. So follow this quality for motivation purpose only.
Thank You

The Golden Rule of Communication: Focus on What Others Want

The Golden Rule of Communication According to the Businessman Henry Ford, Success is lies in the ability to understand other’s point of view and see things from that persons angle as well as your own” ___ As a human we always want to feel important , Let’s starts with the simple example. When the sales person shows how his product solve our problem then there is no need to sell the product to us, we buy this product, because customers like to feel that they are buying and not being sold to . So when you have to build a cooperation with peoples then always think what they want, don’t showcase what you know. This rule is also applicable in communication. Often, we see peoples get irritate when someone only keep focusses on themselves in communication and people prefer someone who always believes in two way communication, the one who listen and respond. Just like, fisherman who may love ice cream but he still has to use worm to attract fishes. If you can learn to understand o...
