Strategy Against Anxiety
Today Anxiety become very harmful problem in front of us. Anxiety is not any serious disorder or disease, because of that so many people ignore this. Anxiety Is mainly a state of mind in which a person continuously worried about future and stay depressed. So its necessary to take anxiety as serious problem. If we continuously suffered from anxiety then then it will be converted into anxiety disorder. So it will be good to overcome anxiety in a primary condition. Because if it take long time then it produce long term impact on our mental as well as physical health. Anxiety impacts on our mental as well as as physical health. So its necessary to understand about Anxiety. Anxiety and fear are two different parts both are related to emotions. Anxiety is state In which a person is worried about future. But fear is different from that.
Today so many students are suffered from this situation. Students have the responsibility to make career. And if the student suffered from anxiety then their studies are affected. The results of students are also affected. The common reason of anxiety which seen in many student is fear for exam. As exam is not any hard thing its only evaluation of our studies. We know students are very important part of our society in order to think about future. So it become important to take some action against anxiety.
For The purpose of overcoming anxiety. I create a simple strategy against anxiety. Which include three posts related to anxiety.Before fighting with any thing its our first responsibility to know the basic about this thing. So I divided this strategy in three parts. I publish three post regarding to anxiety on same site, I will give you a link of this posts at end of this current post. I create this posts as simple introduction to anxiety. This post does not depend upon any case study or research. This posts are in very simple words to understand anxiety.The data present in that posts are not depend upon any research, it depends upon knowledge I have about anxiety.
