Importance of being Focused

 'Precise Focus'

So many times we fail or we get average results in our work. We get average results while doing appropriate hard work. What's the reason behind that, we accept our results and again started our work. The main reason behind that is, we failed to stay focused in our work. Fail to stay focused means, we fail to concentrate on a particular or an appropriate work. So it’s necessary to understand about focus. From above description, we can understand the importance of being focused in our work as well as in our daily life. So in this blog post we will explore some knowledge about focus. There is no need to say for those who already read previous qualities, but it’s necessary to say for those who read this site at first, we already started a session whose name is ‘Qualities For Success’. This session is a collection of some remarkable qualities which defines success. We already covered four qualities from this session and this is going to be our fifth quality. So please read previous posts also for better understanding.

What is Precise focus ?

Precise Focus is the state while doing something, When we totally Forgot everything except our work  for the purpose of getting highest results in our work. Being precisely focused is the best way to get best results in our work. Being focused make us to feel more positive and its also useful to know what’s important in our life. So this is a most important quality to achieve success in any type of work.

Why being precisely focused is important!!!

There is no need to say that, time is very important for everyone. Being precisely focused is one of the best way to reduce your working time. When you perform any activity without precise focus,  you take more time for completion and also the results of your activity are also average. Instead of that if you perform any activity, being precisely focused first you will save your time and your results will also perfects. So to reduce your working time it’s necessary to stay precisely focused.

Following are the advantages of being precisely Focused.



1] Increase Accuracy in Work

Being precisely focused is a state when we concentrate on proper or appropriate things. This is opposite state of multitasking. When we concentrate on only one thing instead of multi thing then our accuracy is supposed to be increase and work with high accuracy produce best results. So it’s the advantage of being precisely focused.
For Example, If we watching television and while watching television we also try to concentrate on reading book. Then it could be take more time to understand this book. So if we read this book with precise focus then it will be easy to understand the book clearly. Means what’s the actual purpose is to concentrate on one thing in order to generate best results. So many times multitasking is also a good to reduce time but so many time it’s not good to get better results. So mostly use this concepts for process knowledge gaining, means reading books, etc. So this is the first benefits of being precisely focused so try to be precisely focused.

2] Reduce time while working

As said, Time is money. We got knowledge from this thought about how important time is.  Time is very important so it’s necessary to save time while working on any task but with saving time it’s also necessary to get better results also. So focus play very important role in this situation. If you do any task with full focus or being precisely focused then its possible to get best results in less time. So many times it became necessary to perform the task in only one attempts then again at this type of situation precise focused also play very important role. If we perform many tasks at one time then may be our results will be average so try to work with precise focused in order to achieve best results.
One simple example related to this is, If we go at any place for the purpose of capturing photos for our project and we follow the process like take photo, edit it and save it then this take more time for our work. Instead of that if we first captured all photos with concentration then edit it with precise focus and save it, its take less time for our work. So this is also one benefits of precise focus to reduce time of our work.

3] Increase ‘skill of preference’

 The concept of  precise focus is also useful to understand what is more important for us or what is not. We also called it as skill of preference. The art of knowing what is more important for us from so many things is called as skill of preference. So being preciously focused is also useful to increase this skill. The process behind this is, we select one task from so many task then we perform this task with precise focus and achieve best results.
4] Increase clarity in knowledge

The word clarity is important to understand about focus. So it’s also important to know how clarity increases in knowledge. When we perform any task with precise focus, means we avoid multitasking then we concentrate on only one thing due this we clearly get proper knowledge related to this thing. So our knowledge increases with respect to this thing which will be useful for us in future. One another thing which is also important to know, our concentration is also increase due focus.

So above are some advantages for being precisely focused. So try to be precisely focused on your work to get best results in your work, then success will became easy for you because everyone deserve the success……
