In previous post, we already discussed how goal setting is important. The Goal gives you a motivation, vision, direction. The Goal is also useful for maximum utilization of our strength. So before reading this post please read the previous post. Then it will be easy to understand all about the goal. So let’s  start…

What is Pattern of splitting goal or splitting goal pattern ?

As said goal setting is necessary. So every person has the different goal. Some have long-term goal and some have short-term goal. I again repeat here the goal is not achieved in a single step. May be sometimes it will be possible that some goals are achieved in a single step but most of the goals are not achieved in single step. So it’s necessary to move towards the goal through steps. So It’s necessary to divide your goal into small parts or tasks to easily achieve them.

The best example to understand splitting goal pattern(sgp), is bellow

If you set a goal to travel the whole world. Then it’s not possible to complete your journey in single step first you have to make a plan. Then consider a start point then start with the traveling mode. It’s the basic process of completion of goal. So for the completion of this goal its necessary to split your  goal into small destinations. After splitting  your journey into small parts, complete this small tasks and finally you will complete your goal. To split your goal into small tasks, it’s also necessary to have some knowledge about your strength. So make small tasks according to your strength. As a result, you will definitely reach at your goal after completing this small tasks.

One important benefit of the splitting goal is when you continuously complete your tasks, your confidence level also increases with the completion of every task. There is no need to say about confidence and how confidence is important for success. So many people set a goal then without any planning start working on this goal. If you start working without planning then it’s also possible that the journey will take more time. Due to this more time, it’s also possible that the person looses his confidence. So it’s very necessary to split your goal into small tasks then complete this small tasks step by step. And finally reach at your destination. So when you set a goal and make a plan for goal, also make a plan for how this goal divide into small tasks. Then it will be easy to achieve a goal.

The Golden Rule of Communication: Focus on What Others Want

The Golden Rule of Communication According to the Businessman Henry Ford, Success is lies in the ability to understand other’s point of view and see things from that persons angle as well as your own” ___ As a human we always want to feel important , Let’s starts with the simple example. When the sales person shows how his product solve our problem then there is no need to sell the product to us, we buy this product, because customers like to feel that they are buying and not being sold to . So when you have to build a cooperation with peoples then always think what they want, don’t showcase what you know. This rule is also applicable in communication. Often, we see peoples get irritate when someone only keep focusses on themselves in communication and people prefer someone who always believes in two way communication, the one who listen and respond. Just like, fisherman who may love ice cream but he still has to use worm to attract fishes. If you can learn to understand o...
