In one day we have made various plans but does we pursue all those plans, may be we can say some of them are not good for us, but what about the plans, we are serious about. So many people face this issue of failing in execution , so many times in their lifetime so why this is happens ?

Why peoples fails in executing ?

There are multiples of reasons behind this, but the most important is the lack of courage. Mostly Lack of courage is the cause of fails in execution.

Why we lack courage ?

There are again so many reasons behind this,

1. Not having sure about plans. Whether it get succeeded or not !

2. Not having a defined purpose behind the plan

3. Dont have enough knowledge about plans and its execution, etc

So the effective way is, Before making any plans put some efforts to get enough knowledge about the plan and its execution, find the purpose about why we have to execute this plan, then the next step is simply start executing...
