Principle of "Lets leave it"....
Everyday we have gone through so many events of our life. And not every event deserves a reaction. life is too short to give attention to everything.
In one day thousands of thoughts are came and go through our mind and most of them are negative. And this "negative thoughts can steal our present from ourselves". So mostly we should have to learn this principle to leave this negative thoughts.
So lets leave it, is the better principle to improve our day to day life and find a a real happiness in our daily rituals. Mostly we get depressed by past or future events and its not easy to detached from this events but by using this simple principle we could detached our past and future memories.
"Mostly to live in present is prerequisite to enjoy every moment in life", and if we fails to detached ourselves from past and future memories then how its possible ?
then the best way is lets leave it !!!
The second is, getting depressed by the things which are not in our control. At this moment this principle is also very helpful.
Mostly If we try to solve the issue which is not in our control, we get more suffered.
So lets leave it !!!
is the better way to deal with this issues.
