                          The importance of communication is very high as human is a social individual. Communication is a very important tool to express ourself. Communication is a key factor for better networking in society. In every walk of life communication plays a vital role, Whether it is doing startup, job, education, business or meeting with new people in our day to day life. So effective communication is prerequisite to make network with peoples. We cannot established a better communication  without effective conversation so effective conversation is key element of communication. 

Why we have to make effective conversation.

As we know growth is the most important requirement for everyone in todays time. And we can make better growth strategies if we surround ourselves with great peoples. So communication is the better strategy to get great people in our life. We got like minded peoples by effective communication. We can better express ourselves when we have a effective conversation skill. 

How do we make effective conversation.

Following are the strategies we can use to improve our conversation skill.


1. Art of listening 

When we meet new people start to listen first. As communication is a two way process so listening is also as important as speaking. By this technique we can make more clarity about conversation. If we never get clear about the purpose of conversation then we cannot make a better communication 

2. Put ourselves in others persons place

While communicating with someone understand his situation and make the communication according_to his situation. Sometimes we are too happy but if the another person is not happy then we have to manage our communication according_to his situation to make our conversation successful.

3. Keep Purpose in front of eyes

Before communicating with someone, first resolve the purpose of communication, when we know why we are communicating then we can manage our words according_to this, so clarity is must in communication
