Communication is a key factor for better networking in society. So effective communication is prerequisite to make network with peoples. We cannot established a better communication without effective conversation so effective conversation is key element of communication.

2. Put ourselves in others persons place

While communicating with someone understand his situation and make the communication according_to his situation. Sometimes we are too happy but if the another person is not happy then we have to manage our communication according_to his situation to make our conversation successful.

3. Keep Purpose in front of eyes

Before communicating with someone, first resolve the purpose of communication, when we know why we are communicating then we can manage our words according_to this, so clarity is must in communication
