Failure is the part of life. Most of the time we face failures and with every failure we learn something new which we had unaware about earlier. The most important thing which we have been gifted from the failure is Experience. And that experience becomes the advantage for the next attempt. So that failure is a key element of any journey.

So Failure is beneficial for us but the most important part is how we bear that failure. Most of the time our confidence level hamper due to that failure. At that moment what actually required is positive approach towards failure. If we can do so then this failure becomes treasure for us.
