Following are some simple and effective ways to change your beliefs.



1] Find the reason


2] judging approach

This is another simple way to change your beliefs. Peoples tell us so many things and we accept this things without any proof. So many beliefs are formed due to this blind approach. So its necessary to judge the things which came to us. Its necessary to find the truth behind every belief. if we start this approach to judge our beliefs like harmful or helpful, positive or negative then it became easy to form only positive beliefs.

3] try to live in present

this is not a solution to change our beliefs but it also helpful to build a positive atmosphere for our belief system. So many beliefs in past have an impact on our present. It includes any incident which happens to us. There are certain issues in past which are impossible to overcome and beliefs related to this issues are also hard to overcome. So to live in present is the best way to leave this beliefs behind.

4] identify ourself

To identify ourself is also an important factor to change beliefs. This includes negative self-talk. Negative self-talk forms a strong negative belief with respect to us which is very harmful than any external belief. we already discussed in the previous blogpost that beliefs formed in two-way externally and internally. The internally formed beliefs are formed by us. Negative self-talk also forms an internally negative beliefs which ahead reduce our confidence. So try positive self-talk . If we talk to ourself that we are fat then belief formed in our mind then every time we saw ourself as fat. So its necessary to avoid self-talk.

5] Avoid gossip

 Gossip is also a big source of formation of beliefs. The beliefs formed by gossip are externally formed beliefs. So try to stop gossip.

      There are two types of beliefs positive beliefs and negative beliefs, there is no need to change our positive beliefs but our negative beliefs restricts maximum utilization of our strength so its necessary to change our negative beliefs.
