Rethinking the problem

Rethinking the Problem Yesterday when I was travelling with my friend towards destination, we stops at one small cafe centre. The person who is the owner of this centre was the only person there, who was doing everything from making coffee to serving it to customers. We had clearly seen his struggle. I sat for while and order two coffee, then after 5 minutes we got our order. Then after making orders of 4 to 5 peoples he got relaxed then in this instance we had also completed our coffees. Then I was went for bill and asked him about  how you doing ?  The common question people asked and by the answer we can easily understand person's perception towards his life. he said "everything is going great in my life, doing good" but when I turn to leave he said, can I tell you something, how we described our life is totally depends on ourselves. Principle of "Lets leave it".... Everyday we have gone through so many events of our life. And not every event deserves a reaction. life is too short to give attention to everything.   In one day thousands of thoughts are came and go through our mind and most of them are negative. What will they say ? everyday So many people think about this, what will people say...and with this single thought so many people changes their decisions and mostly get influence in various aspects of their life due to this single thought. This concept is very broad but we can only discuss about, how this single thought can affect our decision making. Happiness is a choice

Happiness is a Choice Yesterday got the call from one of my friend. He was talking about his work ,that he is no more like his work, not interested in his work, Not happy with this work anymore and so on.  I found that he was nervous about his work. Then I remembered  his words when he was starting this work. At this time he was happy about this work, he was working with full passion.   I ask him does any change happen in your work ? he said no.  then I ask, why your happiness shifted to pain ? He doesn't have any answer on this question, Then I said, earlier you choose to be happy and now you choose to be unhappy with your stuff.  Happiness is a choice Might be there are certain issues which makes him unhappy now but then finding solutions on this issues is the better way rather than complaining.  we can choose happiness in everything which we are doing but we mostly focus on entities which makes us unhappy.  There are easy ways by using them we can choose happiness. l

Solution is the better way

So many time we feel stressed just because of the small issues.   At the start we fails to evaluate the intensity of issue whether it is small or big and we start getting more depressed instead_of  thinking about the solution but when we got the solution and solve the issue we think that the issues was too small in front of us.
