The Real Distraction: So what is distraction?  There are so many definations are there for distraction plus so many people observed there own form distraction on the basis of there experience, so in simple "the resistance which hold us from achieving our goal or increasing our time to achieve our goal, is what we can consider as distraction." How to deal with the unfavourable situation when you can not win the situation. Once a farmer from the small village goes to the farm as he regularly does. Start doing his daily tasks. He has daily practice for his regular tasks. Latter when the sun reaches the centre the weather started changing, within a moment the speed of the wind starts increasing. The farmer analysed that these are the signals of the storm and he start going towards the support. But within a short period, the storm hits the farm and the wind speed increases tremendously, the farmer reached the place where he only has the support of one big tree. He stands near the tree and grabs the tree by hand. The wind speed increases to the optimum level where everything becomes invisible due to the dust in the air. The farmer saw this but he never fears the storm and he confidently grab this tree. The Wet Clothes Theory Yesterday when I was on beach, observed one thing, when my friend was sitting on the beach so much sand stick to his clothes. Then when he walk for while in sunlight most of the sand goes down. The clothes becames the same as they were earlier. So the sand stay on the clothes when the clothes were wet and get removed when the cloths becomes dry.            Same thing happen with our mind too. The Happiness Acquisition.   Today when I woke in the morning feels somehow lazy but then back to track and started thinking about the question, whether am I happy with what I am doing, the mind started wandering for the answer but what I realise is that life is not completely happy or completely unhappy. Life is the aggregation of both happy and unhappy moments. I just go deep in the ocean of thoughts for this question then I reached at the bottom of the ocean, that happiness is the product of your perspective process. Your perspective matters more in choosing happiness or being unhappy . Like most of the people feels their present suffering as motivation and reached at their goal and becomes happy on the other hand some of them feels suffering as pain and stuck in the thought that why they are facing this suffering. So perspective is the the key element of choosing happiness or being unhappy. happiness is the choice and not a gift. We have to choose happiness over any circumstances
