The Golden Rule of Communication According to the Businessman Henry Ford, Success is lies in the ability to understand other’s point of view and see things from that persons angle as well as your own” ___ As a human we always want to feel important , Let’s starts with the simple example. When the sales person shows how his product solve our problem then there is no need to sell the product to us, we buy this product, because customers like to feel that they are buying and not being sold to . So when you have to build a cooperation with peoples then always think what they want, don’t showcase what you know. This rule is also applicable in communication. Often, we see peoples get irritate when someone only keep focusses on themselves in communication and people prefer someone who always believes in two way communication, the one who listen and respond. How to deal with the unfavourable situation when you can not win the situation. Once a farmer from the small village goes to the farm as he regularly does. Start doing his daily tasks. He has daily practice for his regular tasks. Latter when the sun reaches the centre the weather started changing, within a moment the speed of the wind starts increasing. The farmer analysed that these are the signals of the storm and he start going towards the support. But within a short period, the storm hits the farm and the wind speed increases tremendously, the farmer reached the place where he only has the support of one big tree. The Wet Clothes Theory

The Wet Clothes Theory Yesterday when I was on beach, observed one thing, when my friend was sitting on the beach so much sand stick to his clothes. Then when he walk for while in sunlight most of the sand goes down. The clothes becames the same as they were earlier. So the sand stay on the clothes when the clothes were wet and get removed when the cloths becomes dry.            Same thing happen with our mind too. In one day we come across various ups and downs moments. So many events are truly painful and some are full of happiness too. But when we are in stress or anxiety, negative thoughts start sticking to our mind. The stressful situation is the best place for negativity. When we become negative we start thinking negative, becomes pessimistic about the future, loose confidence, etc. And when we overcome this phase of anxiety, we come to the normal state. "The negativity only stay when we are in stress". As we overcome this stress we also get rid of negativit
